 IVA Communications, LLC (IVA-COMM) fosters a culture that values continuous process improvement. It is with this in mind that we are pursuing the SEI Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 2 rating. While much of our software engineering and organization development methodologies already lie in sync with this industry standard, by formalizing our business processes in such a manner, we will be better positioned to serve both our current and future clients.
IVA-COMM will specifically focus on the areas of Requirements Management, Project Monitoring and Control, Project Planning, Supplier Agreement Management, Configuration Management, Measurement and Analysis, and Process and Product Quality Assurance. IVA-COMM already invests significantly in our people, processes, and tools. The CMMI® Level 2 Rating is the natural next step in our evolution. |
